This time last year I would have never imagined having my own blog. The time and effort that goes forth can really only be applied to something you love and here I am. I don’t want to have the fanciest blog or the most popular. I really just want to share my recipes and love for food with people who can appreciate it. Whether I get 10 views or 100 views, each post is made with my own pictures and my own trial and errors in the kitchen. Recipes don’t have to sound like another language and cooking doesn’t have to be a stressful task. I once started off as an intimidated cook too so I know how it feels to be overwhelmed like you’ll never get the hang of it. A lot of food blogs are designed for people who already know what they’re doing in the kitchen so it’s important to me to make my readers feel comfortable without . I want everyone to grab a glass of red wine and play their favorite tunes and experiment with the greatest thing in the world…..FOOD.
